The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists to allow extra travel time for overnight lane and ramp restrictions on eastbound Interstate 10 between 40th Street and Broadway Road from the evening of Monday, Aug. 29, to the morning of Thursday, Sept. 1.
Eastbound I-10 will be narrowed to two lanes between 40th Street and Broadway Road nightly from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. Monday, Aug. 29, to Thursday, Sept. 1, for bridge work. At the same time, the following ramps will be closed:
The southbound State Route 143 loop ramp to eastbound I-10. Drivers can use the eastbound I-10 on-ramp at Broadway Road instead.
The eastbound I-10 off- and on-ramps at 40th Street. Drivers can use the eastbound I-10 off-ramp at 48th Street and eastbound I-10 on-ramp at Broadway Road instead.
