AIR FORCE

Raytheon Technologies Corp., East Hartford, Connecticut (FA2391-23-D-0007); and the Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri (FA2391-23-D-0002), have been awarded a shared $400,000,000 ceiling, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity for research and development for the Advanced Aerospace Systems Technology Research program. This contract has multiple awardees to be awarded at different dates. The primary objective of the program is to conduct research toward the development, demonstration, integration, and transition of new aerospace vehicle technologies, designs, and integrated systems that will provide advanced capabilities to the Department of the Air Force. Work will be performed at each contractor facility, unless otherwise indicated in each task order, and is expected to be complete by April 5, 2030. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and 15 offers were received. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $200,064 will be distributed among each contractor at time the time of award. Lockheed Martin Corp., Littleton, Colorado, has been awarded a $35,516,247 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00049) to contract FA8823-21C-0001 for Space Based Infrared System contractor logistics support, product support, and integration contract evaluation. Work will be performed in Colorado at Peterson and Buckley Space Force Bases, Greeley Air National Guard Station, and Boulder, and is expected to be completed Nov. 30, 2025. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $10,000,000 will be obligated at the time of award. Enlighten IT Consulting LLC, Linthicum Heights, Maryland, has been awarded a $13,292,362 firm-fixed-price modification (P00016) to the Enterprise Logging Ingest and Cyber Situational Awareness Refinery contract (FA8307-21-C-0006) for expansion of Enterprise Logging Extreme Lower Echelon Analytic Platform Tactical development for the Air Force community. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $97,557,065. Work will be performed primarily at the contractor facility in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, and is expected to be completed March 31, 2024. Fiscal 2023 other procurement funds in the amount of $2,964,267 are being obligated at the time of award. Sonalysts, Waterford, Connecticut, has been awarded a $7,907,089 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification (P00081) to the previously awarded Standard Space Trainer Contract (FA8806-19-C-0002) for support and delivery, network, infrastructure, hardware, and architecture solutions. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $131,675,165. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2024. Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded an $18,754,263 modification (P00064) to a previously awarded, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N0001918C1048). This modification adds scope to provide depot tooling and test equipment in support of establishing the initial depot repair of radio frequency support electronics and multi-function antenna components, to include data processor, array assembly, and antenna control module for the F-35 aircraft for the Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed in January 2026. Viasat Inc., Carlsbad, California, is awarded a $12,242,291.00 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide software maintenance and technical support for the Viasat LinkWay and Enhanced Broadband Efficient Modem waveforms and associated hardware platforms. This contract will provide support for the Very Small Aperture Terminal Small/Medium/Large, Master Reference Terminal, Hub Modem Package, and Marine Corps Wideband Satellite Communications family of systems. Work will be performed in Carlsbad, California, and is expected to be completed by March 2028.
