Mountain Pine, AR – WinChoice, a leading window manufacturing company, today announced a $3 million expansion to its manufacturing facility in Mountain Pine, Arkansas. This significant investment will create more than 50 new jobs for the local community and marks a major milestone in the company’s growth and evolution.
The announcement was made during a special event at Mountain Pine High School, where company leaders, local officials, and community members gathered to celebrate the expansion and the launch of the company’s new brand identity. Moving forward, WinChoice will operate under a single name—WinChoice—retiring the WinChoice USA and Morfe Windows brands to create a unified, modernized presence in the marketplace.
In addition to expanding its manufacturing capabilities, WinChoice announced plans to introduce a line of new home improvement products in the upcoming months. This expansion into complementary product categories reflects the company’s commitment to providing customers with innovative solutions for enhancing their homes.
“This expansion is more than just an investment in our facility—it’s an investment in people and in our community,” said Morgan Wiles, Co-Founder of WinChoice. “We’re proud to be growing in the same place where Shaun and I started, and we’re excited to continue creating opportunities for our hometown.”
Shaun Keefe, Co-Founder of WinChoice, added, “By uniting under one brand, we’re simplifying our identity while strengthening our mission to deliver quality products and service. This is a new chapter for WinChoice, and it’s one we’re thrilled to share with Mountain Pine and beyond.”
“Arkansas-grown companies – like WinChoice – are the cornerstone of our state’s economy,” said Governor Sanders. “Without their ongoing investment in our state, we wouldn’t have the lowest cost-of-living in the nation, be the number one state for inbound movers, or have unparalleled economic growth month after month. Thank you, Shaun, Morgan, and the entire WinChoice team, for choosing to do business in the Natural State.”
The Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) played a key role in supporting this expansion.
Clint O’Neal, Executive Director of AEDC, said: “With this expansion, WinChoice is taking the latest step in growing its business and creating new opportunities in Mountain Pine. These 50 new jobs will have a significant impact on the local economy, providing good-paying jobs in the region. This is a win for both WinChoice and the Mountain Pine community.”
The Mountain Pine facility, which originally opened in 2019, has been at the center of WinChoice’s manufacturing operations. With this expansion, the company will increase production capacity to meet growing demand for its industry-leading windows and create meaningful employment opportunities across Garland County and the surrounding areas.
“This is about more than windows—it’s about creating lasting impact,” said Wiles. “We believe in this community, and we’re here to stay.”
