Eight invites viewers to learn how sugar impacts health, discover why whole foods improve metabolism, ask themselves how they can achieve the “skinny†they desire and much more. The lineup of brand new shows includes:
“JJ Virgin's Sugar Impact Secret†airing at 8 a.m.
Not all sugar is created equal. Most people know that sugar is bad for them, but few know that the impact of sugar can actually be the real cause of inflammation, bloating, metabolic disorders, fatigue and weight gain. The Sugar Impact Secret will revolutionize how viewers think about (and eat) sugar. Celebrity nutritionist JJ Virgin shows viewers how to lower their sugar impact which helps retrain taste buds, restore sugar sensitivity, heal the digestive tract, and rev up the metabolism, turning sugar burners into fat burners and promoting rapid weight loss.
“Deepak Chopra, M.D.: The Future of God†airing at 9:30 a.m.
Faith meets science in this ground-breaking and thought provoking special in which world renowned spiritual teacher and medical doctor Deepak Chopra demonstrates that the tools of our most advanced fields of science can be used to answer some of these fundamentally spiritual questions. Most importantly, Chopra will argue that religion and science, when understood at the highest levels, do not contradict each other and, in fact, actually complement each other. Chopra attests that even those of us brought up in a largely secular, materialistic world, without a devout connection to a religious tradition, can still have a more productive vital life, and a greater sense of well-being and happiness, if we gain a more intimate and powerful connection to the Divine Wisdom of the ages.
“Fast Metabolism Revolution with Haylie Pomroy’ airing at 11 a.m.
This special strives to improve the lives of people who live in the real world with stresses and challenges. New York Times bestselling author Haylie Pomroy has helped thousands of clients lose weight, and will encourage viewers to get healthy by eating more food rather than less. She will share how her philosophy that food is our body’s nourishment and key to success can improve metabolism and increase weight loss.
“Wheat Belly Total Health with William Davis†airing at 12:30 p.m.
Dr. William Davis is the author of Wheat Belly, a longtime running New York Times bestseller. He will present simple steps that viewers can take to becoming wheat-free while eating tasty, healthy foods that any palate will savor.
“Skinny Gut Vibrant You with Brenda Watson†airing at 5 p.m.
More than 100 million Americans suffer from frequent digestive disorders and over 65% are overweight or obese. New York Times bestselling author and digestive expert Brenda Watson, C.N.C., discusses the solution. She examines the newest science showing that gut bacteria is different between overweight and lean people. Viewers will learn how balancing gut bacteria, the most overlooked weight-loss secret today, can change one’s appearance to that of a lean person resulting in weight loss and vibrant health. “Skinny Gut Vibrant You†is a game-changing program that helps people finally lose weight and keep it off for good.
