NRCS is America’s on-the-ground conservation agency working directly with farmers and ranchers to address natural resource concerns, such as soil erosion, invasive species encroachment, efficient use of irrigation water, and adequate wildlife habitat. In cooperation with Arizona’s conservation districts, natural resource priorities are developed through a locally led process that brings together an array of partners to leverage resources to address an identified need across a landscape.

The agency is looking for engaged problem-solvers that can work with a diverse audience, using the most current science to apply practical solutions that provide the maximum environmental benefit while supporting agricultural production.
