Rolls-Royce Corp., Indianapolis, Indiana, is awarded a $54,730,397 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-25-C-2405) for production of 12 MT7 turboshaft engines, ancillary parts, and installation kits in support of the Ship to Shore Connector program, Landing Craft, Air Cushion 100 class craft. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is expected to be completed by June 2029. Fiscal 2025 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $54,730,397 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1) as there is only responsible source, and no other type of property or services will satisfy the need of the agency. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Washington, D.C. — The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) will terminate more than 145 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) focused awards, totaling a maximum savings of $148.6 million, according to U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke L. Rollins.
“Putting American Farmers First means cutting the millions of dollars that are being wasted on woke DEI propaganda. Under President Trump’s leadership, I am putting an end to the waste, fraud, and abuse that has diverted resources from American farmers and restoring sanity and fiscal stewardship to the U.S. Department of Agriculture,” said Secretary Rollins.

SALT LAKE CITY – The Bureau of Land Management Utah State Office leased two parcels totaling 834 acres for $317,158 in total receipts for its quarterly oil and gas lease sale. The combined bonus bids and rentals from the leases will be distributed between the federal government and the State of Utah.
Oil and gas lease sales support domestic energy production and American energy independence, while contributing to the nation’s economic and military security. Consistent with Executive Order 14154, “Unleashing American Energy,” the BLM's lease sales help meet the energy needs of U.S. citizens and solidify the nation as a global energy leader long into the future.

NASA has awarded a bridge contract to ASRC Federal System Solutions LLC of Beltsville, Maryland, to provide financial support and project planning and control services to the agency.
The Program Analysis and Control Bridge Contract has a total potential value up to $98 million with a 13-month period of performance beginning Saturday, May 24. The contract includes both cost-plus-fixed-fee and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity components.

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama – The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) issued on SAM.gov a pre-solicitation notice for the Multiple Award Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. MDA plans to issue the SHIELD solicitation in June using full and open competition.
As a long-planned strategy, SHIELD will allow MDA and other DoD entities to rapidly issue orders under one enterprise flexible vehicle. The scope encompasses more than 19 work areas, including:
