AIR FORCE Split Excavating, Inc., Hadley, Massachusetts, has been awarded a ceiling $35,486,597 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity for construction. This contract provides for required demolition, earthwork, and repair/replacement of roadways, curbing and sidewalks, including emergency work, as necessary. Work will be performed at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts; Hamilton, Massachusetts; Humarock, Massachusetts; Cape Cod Air Force Station, Massachusetts; New Boston Space Force Station, New Hampshire; and Bedford, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 17, 2031. Performance may continue for up to six months after the contract ordering period ends. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,500 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA283526D0001). The Boeing Co., Long Beach, California, was awarded a $13,150,150 firm-fixed-price contract for Canada and Australia C-17 large aircraft infrared countermeasures. This contract provides for performance of all effort required to upgrade Block 10 to Block 30 configuration into eight Royal Australian Air Force and five Royal Canadian Air Force C-17 aircraft; including the procurement of the Group A kits, Group A and B Installation, and installation technical support from the supplier. Work will be performed at San Antonio, Texas, and is expected to be completed by July 2030. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Canada and Australia. This contract was a sole source acquisition. FMS funds in the amount of $13,150,150 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Warner Robins, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8526-26-F-B006). InDyne Inc., Lexington Park, Maryland, has been awarded an $11,847,426 modification (P0021) to a previously awarded contract (FA251823C0002) for Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System support. The modification exercises Option Year Three of the contract bringing the total amount on contract to $42,511,249, with a cumulative face value of $72,886,894 for the base and all options. Work will be performed at Cavalier Space Force Station, North Dakota, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $11,847,426 are being obligated at the time of award. The Space Operations Command's Space Acquisition and Integration Office, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity. ARMY Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $33,800,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor PAC-3 system ground and flight test support. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding be determined with each order with a completion date of March 31, 2027. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-22-G-0003, W31P4Q-26-F-0005). Raytheon Co., Marlborough, Massachusetts, was awarded a $22,812,164 cost-no-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract for comprehensive maintenance and support services for SMART-T satellite communications systems. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Marlborough, Massachusetts, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 18, 2031. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $360,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W15P7T-26-C-0001). CORRECTION: The $73,528,916 firm-fixed-price contract (W912CH-26-C-0019) announced on Feb. 17, 2026, to Rolls-Royce Solutions America Inc., Novi, Michigan, for the procurement of Merkava Power Pack Less Transmission full and lite kits, metal containers, and contractor engineering technical services, was actually awarded on Feb. 18, 2026. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY UPDATE: L1 Enterprises,** Frederick, Maryland (SPE2DH-26-D-0005, $49,000,000), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for medical equipment and accessories for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog, issued against solicitation SPE2DH-21-R-0002 and awarded Feb. 10, 2022.
