In the waning days of the Biden administration, the National Park Service finalized a burdensome, unnecessary regulation banning the use of off-road vehicles and ATVs on 24 miles of road throughout the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, home to Lake Powell in Utah and Arizona.

Visited by more than five million people annually, the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area is one of the busiest, most popular tourist destinations for many Arizonans. The Glen Canyon National Recreation Area was explicitly established for the purpose of supporting outdoor recreation, yet the Biden Administration caved to radical environmental groups and issued this senseless regulation limiting off-highway vehicle usage.
